DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY OF OUR PRODUCTS

Periodically and at random, we conduct the following chemical and physical determinations. Analyses are performed in accordance with official methods and from specialized laboratories.
To this effect we highlight the following points:
• Our product does not contain (1) aromatic ammine as defined by the European Directive 76/769/CEE (ED 2002/61CE, Etc.)
• Our products does not contain (2) Cadmium, Lead and Arsenic as defined by the European Decision 2002/231/.CE (ECOLABEL)
• Our product does not contain (3) chrome (VI) as defined by the European Decision 2002/231/CE (ECOLABEL)
• Nickel extracted is in the limits (4) as defined by the European Directive 94/27/CE
• The amount of pentachlorophenol remain into the limits (5) as defined by the European Decision 2002/231/CE (ECOLABEL)
• Our products does not contain (6) organostannic compounds as defined by the European Directive 2002/62/CE
• No chloroalcan C10-C13 (SCCP) are used in our processes as defined by the European Directive 2002/231/CE (ECOLABEL)
• The amount of the free formaldehyde is in the limits (7) as defined by the European Directive 2002/231/CE (ECOLABEL)
• Distension of grain (UNI ISO 3379) is between 7mm to 13mm
• Tensile strength (UNI ISO 3376) is between 10 N/mm2 e i 30 N/mm2
• Colour fastness (ISO 11640) is greater or equal to 3 on international grey scale
• Tear load (ISO 3377) is between 30N e i 50N
• Stitching resistance (UNI 10606) is between 60 N/cm e 80 N/cm
• Water vapour permeability on shoe upper leather with thickness minus than 1.4 mm (UNI 8429) is greater or equal to 0.8 mg/cm2 x h
• Dynamic waterproofness (UNI 8425) has a crossover time of 6 min with a water permeability that is between 80-100%.
The present document is obtained as the result of specific analyses and declarations of conformity from our product suppliers.
We point out as well that incorrect storage conditions or incorrect manipulation alter the physical and chemical characteristics of our products.
